- 1/2 kg de harina de semola
- Algo mas de medio litro de agua
- Medio vaso de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- 5 dientes de ajo
- Sal
- Pimientos verdes y panceta

Manos a la obra

- En primer lugar se sofrie en una cazuela el pimiento y a continuacion la panceta.
En ese mismo aceite, añadiremos el resto hasta completar el medio vaso, echaremos los ajos cortados en trozitos o enteros (si se ponen enteros hay que retirarlos despues).

- Una vez que esten dorados los ajos, añadiremos el agua, la sal, hasta que veamos que empieza a cocer.
En cuanto empieze a cocer, iremos poniendo la harina poco a poco sin parar de remover.
En poco tiempo notaremos que la harina se empieza a espesar y se consume el liquido, momento en el que tendremos que seguir removiendo durante unos 10-15 minutos.
