Ingredientes

- 1 caja de gnocchis frescos de 200 g
- 200 g de queso de tetilla
- 1 dl de nata fresca
- 400 g de setas mixtas
- 1 diente de ajo
- 1 ramita de perejil
- 4 cucharadas de aceite
- sal y pimienta

Manos a la obra

1- Limpiar con cuidado las setas eliminando todos los residuos de tierra con un cepillito, después frotarlas cuidadosamente con un paño húmedo y trocearlas.

2- Calentar el aceite con el ajo picado, añadir las setas y saltearlas durante 10 min. Salpimentar, espolvorear con el perejil picado y reservar en caliente.

3- Rallar o trocear el queso muy pequño, derretirlo lentamente en un cazo con la nata y salpimentar ligeramente.

4- Cocer los gnocchis en egua hirviendo salada y escurrirlos cuando floten. Condimentarlos con la salsa de queso y distribuirlos en 4 platos. Completar con las setas guisadas y servir caliente.
